No Way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

London Surrey Kent Corporate & Wedding Entertainer Theo The Magician Entertains Over 70 London PA’s at The Opening of The Waterloo Conference Centre – Union Jack Club London Conference Centre. They were all treated to drinks and canapes and shown around the amazing new Conference facility. They were thoroughly entertained all night by London’s Interactive Fun Magician Theo.

The  high light view of the evening, not counting Theo’s Magic Tricks though, were the views at the top of The Waterloo Conference Centre looking over the whole of London.

Thank you so much for your entertainment and cooperation. Everyone enjoyed your Magic and the atmosphere, so that’s great.

At this Magic Engagement Theo was asked to present himself in a different way. He was asked not to do any Magic until about an hour into the evening. So for the first hour Theo acted as a normal delegate and when asked what he did, he explained that he was an Executive Massage Therapist. Then, if by Magic start producing cards and coins etc to entertain everyone. This is why Theo is not wearing his normal bright blue bunny rabbit magic jacket, so he could blend in with everyone until he started performing. This went down really well as it was a fun surprise to everyone. It wasn’t hard acting that he was an Executive Massage Therapist because he actually is, see www.mobile-aromatherapy.co.uk
“Is that a good Match”
It was a good fun evening and everyone went away with a smile on their faces “MAGIC”

Having a blast whilst Networking with local Businesses

Local Sutton Surrey Businesses enjoying a night of Laser Quest and Bowling at the 1st Extreme Business Networking By Theo The Magician at Sutton SuperBowl

At Sutton Superbowl on Monday 31st January, 27 local businesses had a fun lively night of Laser Questing and Bowling organised by local Sutton Corporate Magician Theo.

Theo is a member of lots of different Network Groups and is very aware of other Networking Groups. He feels that some are too regimented, serious, costly, too many rules, regulations, committing, stuffy and lack of communication. He feels there is a Major Gap for a Fun Group to form which is inexpensive and non committal. Theo has been a Corporate Magician for over 13 years. He has found that businesses are more likely to buy or use your Services if they are relaxed & having fun. Theo is applying the same principles in Business Networking in setting up this Group. His Slogan for this Group is:

“Serious Business Networking Whilst Having Fun”

What local Businesses said about Sutton’s 1st Extreme Business Networking Event:

“Thanks for organizing last night’s networking event. Definitely something you should progress with. There is definitely a need for events such as this, where local business owners can meet on an informal, social basis. I would encourage any local self-employed people to come along, have fun and make business contacts.”
Andrew Page – Federation Of Small Businesses – www.fsb.org.uk/benefits

“Absolutely top banana! Great way to network! Thoroughly enjoyable evening, full of hearty laughs – put a genuine smile on everyone’s face. Highly recommended, will definitely be back for more (and not just because my husband came home with not 1 but 2 first place trophies!) Thanks Theo, a genuine magic touch!”
Samia Tossio www.samiart.co.uk – inspire and share through creative communication

Thanks for a great night last night at Extreme Business Networking, Sutton. Not only did I meet some very useful contacts in an informal atmosphere but we had the added bonus of bowling & Laser Quest. You could see the competitive spirit of all these local small businesses come out!
Ben Singer  www.buffalocatering.co.uk

Extreme Networking offers something different – a relaxed atmosphere where you can actually get to know people, with the added bonus of having a lot of fun along the way! Definitely recommended.

Sutton Mayor Councillor Margaret Court, Catherine Swanson-Matron Neonatal Services and London Magician Theo The Magician presenting the big £1080 cheque

On Monday evening 24th Janiuary 2011 at The Mayor’s Parlour in The Civic Offices, Sutton’s Mayor Councillor Margaret Court hosted a reception and presentation evening for Theo’s Magic Sunflower Competition.  Last year Sutton residents and surrounding areas took part in trying to magically grow the tallest and widest sunflower. All the magic seeds were provided by organiser Sutton’s Magic Circle Magician and Chairman of The Sutton Complementary Health Network (with his Mobile Massage Therapist Hat On) Theo Theodoris. The Magic Event raised a total of £2160 for the two local charities.
As well as thanking the three main sponsors: Buchlers of Epsom, Arnold & Self Removals Hackbridge & Surry Inks of Wallington, Theo thanked every single prize giver for the auction, raffle and sunflower prizes.
Theo explained to all the sponsors, it all started out as a little fun event in growing a few sunflowers where the whole family could take part in.  Two charities were chosen for special reasons. The first, The Neonatal Unit at St Helier Hospital, Carshalton where Theo’s daughter Elena was born 10 weeks early weighing 2lbs. Theo is ever indebted to the amazing staff at the Unit when they took care of little Elena.  The other charity being,
The Royal Marsden, Carshalton, where good friends of Theo, were cared for so well and sadly no longer with us.

Sutton Mayor Councillor Margaret Court, Amanda Heaton - Royal Marsden Fundraising Manager & London Corporate Magician Theo

Theo is an avid Business Networking and attends a lot of Business Network Groups in and around Sutton promoting both his Magic and Massage Services. When local companies heard about Theo’s Sunflower Competition they were keen to help out.  Theo was overwhelmed by the support and all of a sudden the Competition blossomed before it even started. As Theo had so many prizes and gifts, he wanted to make full use of them. So on 22nd March 2010 Theo held a Launch Night at Aberdour School in Burgh Heath Tadworth with great help from the then, PTA Chairman Gill Spicer.
Over 100 people attend the Launch Night where the 1st Magic Seed was sown. This was followed by a Magic Show for the Children. The young one’s then disappeared, as it was a school night and the night was followed by an auction, raffle and Adult Magic Show. Over £1,000 was raised on the Night. A further £1000 plus was raised from the selling of packs of ten of Theo’s Magic Seeds for £5.
There were four Categories: Tallest Sunflower, Widest Head of a Sunflower, Funniest Picture with your Sunflower & School or Nursery with Tallest Sunflower. All pictures of Winning Sunflowers can be seen by going to www.magictheo.com clicking Charity Tab, then Competition Winners 2010. All the generous sponsors can be seen my clicking the Sunflower logo.
With the assistance of Sutton Mayor Councillor Margaret Court, Theo The Magician presented Catherine Swanson-Matron Neonatal Services the big £1080 cheque. Catherine Swanson said,” A thank you to all you sponsors and a big thank you to Theo who continues to take an active role in fund raising for our charity and has done so since the birth of his premature daughter in 2001. Through his hard work we have made several purchases of medical equipment including an intensive care incubator. We thank him for his dedication and continued support of now raising over £25,000 in total. The money raised from the Sunflower Competition will go to buy a “SimBaby” which is a baby simulation doll which can provide intensive and practical education for both staff and parents. It costs around £17,000 and now only about £5,000 short of purchasing.
The second picture, also taken by Louise Sutherland Photography, shows the Mayor, Amanda Heaton-Royal Marsden Fundraising Manager also receiving a big cheque of £1080. Amanda gave her thanks to all the sponsors and Theo for his great efforts of getting families and sponsors involved and explained that the money was going to their major project of the New Teenage Unit in Carshalton.
After the cheque presentation The Mayor thanked Theo for his continuous community work in Sutton and thanked all the twenty plus sponsors and supports for helping make the Event such a success. The evening carried on with Theo thanking the Mayor for kindly agreeing to host a lovely evening. Theo went on throughout the evening with the Mayor presenting every single sponsor and supporter with a thank you certificate.
If you are interested in sponsoring or supporting this year Sunflower Competition, or can help with a donation to help purchase the “Simbaby”, please contact Theo The Magician at theo@magictheo.com

Corporate Events London

London Magician Theo performed his Award Winning Close Up Corporate Interactive Fun Magic in The Pine Room of The Westbury Hotel in Bond Street Mayfair London late last night.

A company group with their partners, made up a select group of twenty people, who began the evening with starters and main course at the Hotel. They were then whisked off to The Prince Edward Theatre London to see Jersey Boys.  On finishing, they were all chauffeured back to The Westbury Hotel where they were magically greeted by Magic Circle Magician – Theo. Over drinks Theo performed his very Entertaining Fun Magic to the delight and laughter of the whole group. All were then seated to make their afters disappear and Theo mingled in-between the couples with further Close Up Magic. On finishing every single person took part in Theo’s Infamous Plate Spinning.
Theo presented a Spinning Plate Set to the best Plate Spinner and the person who made the best effort. Everyone found this most entertaining. As the ceiling was rather low, Theo passed on introducing Diabolo, but instead proceeded to make a few games made out of Balloon Models. All competed as couples and the prize this time were the Balloon Models themselves. All of a sudden it was well passed midnight and London Magician Theo, after receiving a whole hearted applause disappeared down Bond Street into the London night.

“Had a superb evening of conversation, food and entertainment. The close up magic and subsequent routine of Theo was brilliant. His repartee with many members of the audience was equally brilliant that made for a terrific evening out. If you are thinking of anyone for a good evening’s entertainment you could do well to ask Theo to come along.”

Jackie Butler – Cheam Fields Social Secretary commented:

Theo provided a great nights entertainment. He was very slick and he involved the audience in an enjoyable way. The audience left happy but puzzled- saying how did he do that?
