Theo The Magician, who is a member of The Magic Circle, Equity, The International Brotherhood of Magicians & The Surrey Society Of Magicians is happy to say bookings are up this January February and March than last year for Children’s Parties, Close Up Magic & Corporate Events. Theo has put this down to a number of things:

1 Giving a good service to his clients and them recommending him to friends and families.

2 The forming of “Extreme Business Networking By Theo The Magician” which is a once a month Charity Networking Event for local Businesses. In it’s 1st year of being formed (last year) over £2500 has been raised for different Charities, concentrating on local ones. The main one being The Neonatal Unit where Theo’s daughter was born 10 weeks early weight 2lbs. With his other fundraising efforts three years ago he presented a £17,000 Incubator to the Unit. Attending businesses were treated to Magical Entertainment with Marketing ideas for all.  This included telling everyone about his time on The Today with Des & Mel Show when he taught both Des O’Conner and Melanie Sykes how  to do Plate Spinning, how he has raised over £20,000 for the Neonatal Unit at St Helier Hospital Carshalton and setting up of Extreme Business Networking by Theo The Magician, which has helped raise over £2,500 for different Charities.

On Monday 7th November 2011 Close Up London Magic Entertainer Theo organised his last Extreme Business Networking Event of the year. This one was a Charity Bowling Night at Sutton SuperBowl in Surrey. From the ten different Events arranged throughout the year of Bowling, Laser Quest, Poker and Pool helped raise over £2,500+. The Charities which have benefited, have been Marie Curie Cancer Care, Sutton MS Society, The Neonatal Unit at St Helier & The Gary Mason Charity.

The Winning Team on the Night were made up of two Networking Groups: Richard Strom of www.ignitestrategies.co.uk and myself Theo The Magician from Banstead 4Networking who meet every Tuesday fortnight at the Toby Carvery in Ewell and Alan Hiscox of www.1stopinsurance.com and Andrew Page of The Federation of Small Businesses www.fsb.org.uk/benefits of Givers Gain that meet every Thursday at The Dukes Head Carshalton. It was a top score of 413, which is the highest Team score of the year.

Theo was pleased to present Samia her Hotshot Top Scorer Trophy, as she has been a great supporter of The Extreme Networking Events, including the very 1st one ever in January 2011, where her husband Won a couple of Trophies. Samia is also part of The Gary Mason Charity. She had an extra smile on her face, as she has managed to take over her husband in amount of Trophies Won throughout the year!!!!!

Date for your diary - Next Event – Monday 30th January 2012 at Sutton SuperBowl. This will be a Charity Poker Night for all. It will start with a Teaching Workshop followed by a fun  competition. Last time this was held, three girls who said they had never played before ended up taking all the Trophies home.

London Surrey Kent Corporate & Wedding Entertainer Theo The Magician Entertains Over 70 London PA’s at The Opening of The Waterloo Conference Centre – Union Jack Club London Conference Centre. They were all treated to drinks and canapes and shown around the amazing new Conference facility. They were thoroughly entertained all night by London’s Interactive Fun Magician Theo.

The  high light view of the evening, not counting Theo’s Magic Tricks though, were the views at the top of The Waterloo Conference Centre looking over the whole of London.

Thank you so much for your entertainment and cooperation. Everyone enjoyed your Magic and the atmosphere, so that’s great.

At this Magic Engagement Theo was asked to present himself in a different way. He was asked not to do any Magic until about an hour into the evening. So for the first hour Theo acted as a normal delegate and when asked what he did, he explained that he was an Executive Massage Therapist. Then, if by Magic start producing cards and coins etc to entertain everyone. This is why Theo is not wearing his normal bright blue bunny rabbit magic jacket, so he could blend in with everyone until he started performing. The Children’s centre has booked Theo for two events in the past year, both parties for parents and young children, to promote and launch new activity groups.
Theo is warm and friendly towards service users, making families feel relaxed and welcome. His magic tricks for adults provided laughter and amusement and his balloon modelling and tricks for children are always well received. He copes calmly with large groups of over excited children, engaging them in play and games with the balloons and keeping them entertained. He shows initiative and can be left unsupervised to mingle and entertain, which is a great help when staff are involved in meeting and greeting officials/ service users. Theo is reliable and prompt, setting up early and sending confirmation and invoices for payment.

At Sutton Superbowl on Monday 31st January, 27 local businesses had a fun lively night of Laser Questing and Bowling organised by local Sutton Corporate Magician Theo.

Theo is a member of lots of different Network Groups and is very aware of other Networking Groups. He feels that some are too regimented, serious, costly, too many rules, regulations, committing, stuffy and lack of communication. He feels there is a Major Gap for a Fun Group to form which is inexpensive and non committal. Theo has been a Corporate Magician for over 13 years. He has found that businesses are more likely to buy or use your Services if they are relaxed & having fun. Theo is applying the same principles in Business Networking in setting up this Group. His Slogan for this Group is:
